Nutmeg is a dynamic and playful essential oil that works well in any stimulating synergy. Nutmeg is so multi-dimensional that it can be used in energizing combinations as well as deep muscle rub formulas. Nutmeg combines well with most essential oils especially Sweet Orange, Coriander, Clary Sage, and Geranium.
Usage:
This product is intended for use by trained professionals only. Do not apply directly to the skin. Dilute before use. Recommended ratio is 1 to 3 drops of essential oil per one ounce of carrier oil, lotion or cream. Do not take internally. Essential oils can be poisonous! Keep out of reach of children. Contraindicated for use during pregnancy.
