Return Policy

Our Product & What to Expect

We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our stone sets and other stone massage products but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return them, no questions asked. We realize that each therapist is uniquely different and has slightly different expectations as to what a "perfect" stone should be, but we are dealing with a product of nature. While there is great beauty in the uniqueness of each stone, we realize that most people like a stone set that is consistent in quality, size and shape. This is what we strive for. We have very high standards in place and have the freedom of discarding any stone that does not meet those standards. All of the stones we sell are natural, volcanic basalt stones, with all the variation that nature can provide; including shape and color, as well as natural folds and texture. Your client, however, will not feel these variations, during their massage. Any stone that does have small natural folds or pores or texture is not considered a defective stone and will not be replaced free of charge. It can, however be returned as explained below in the "Return Conditions".

We employee a highly trained crew to hand-pick the massage stones to be sure that you do not receive any with cracks or sharp edges. We have designed our sets around much feedback and experience from experienced therapists and experts in this industry. Although massage therapists designed our sets based on their experience as well as that of experts in this industry so that they meet the specifications that therapists look for, we cannot guarantee that our standards in are inline with every therapist's standards and for this reason we offer a return policy.

Return Conditions

In order to return any product that you have purchased you must contact us for authorization as well as the proper mailing address. The items must be unused and in new condition (DVD's must still be sealed in plastic). If it is massage stone, they must still be sealed in the plastic bag that they were originally packaged in. You are also responsible for the shipping costs associated in sending the products back to our location, a $5 restocking fee, as well as the initial shipping costs.
