How to Order

In order to place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart. As you choose the items that you are interested in buying, the shopping cart will keep track of these items. Once you have decided exactly what you want, simply click on the "Checkout" button at the top of every page in the navigation bar. Once you provide your shipping details your will be provided the total cost, including shipping costs. Once you provide your payment details, click submit and Paypal will securely process your payment and notify us with your order details.

Payment Method

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The payments are processed using Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account. Your credit card information is encrypted and sent over a secure connection to Paypal, at which point we receive your order and notification that the payment was successfully processed. Be sure to provide complete and accurate information when entering your credit card details.

Sales Tax

We only charge tax for those orders shipped within Arizona. Sales tax will be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Arizona (6.3%).

Shipping Info

TIR Massage Stone Ships Worldwide
Due to the shipment volume, we have been able to secure very competitive rates for shipments Worldwide, whether you are within the United States or not. We pass along the saving to you; we don't inflate the shipping charges with handling charges. We use UPS to insure that you receive time definite delivery as well as the ability to track your package. Be sure to provide an accurate and current email address and that you check your spam filter, as you will receive your tracking number via email. For international customers, your order will be sent so that there won't be any brokerage or handling fees as it enters your country, although there may be customs fees or import taxes. If you are concerned about what that will be please contact the appropriate agency in your country. We don't ship to APO or FPO address.

Import Taxes
To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax). YOU, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such taxes. We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE entering into a contract to purchase.

On any Customs forms, we declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift".

Shipping Costs

The shopping cart on the TIR Massage Stone website is set up to provide real-time quotes for shipment via UPS based on the quantity of packages and their respective weight. It must also be noted that the stones and the heater must ship in separate boxes to protect the heater from damage.

In order to see the shipping cost, you will need to proceed through the checkout process, and the information will be available to you before being asked to provide your credit card information; you are fully empowered to make an informed decision. There are no surprise charges or outrageous shipping fees added on once you have invested your time researching the products. If you request expedited shipping, there may be an additional fee to pay.

Delivery Time

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days from the day that your order was received. Once the order is shipped it will arrive at the shipping address within 1 to 5 days for UPS Ground shipments within the United States or 2 to 5 days for destinations outside the United States, from the day that it was shipped.

Damaged Product

Massage Stone
We employee a highly trained crew to hand-pick the massage stones to be sure that you do not receive any with cracks or sharp edges. All of the stones we sell are natural, volcanic basalt stones, with all the variation that nature can provide; including shape and color, as well as natural folds and texture. Your client, however, will not feel these variations, during their massage. Any stone that has any natural folds or texture (including small pores) will not be replaced free of charge. Please refer to the return policy on how that will be handled. If, by any chance, you do receive cracked basalt stones, or basalt stones with sharp edges, they will be replaced free of charge. You must let us know by email or phone within 5 business days of when your order was delivered to the shipping address on the order if there is any damage to the product.

Videos/DVD's
If you receive a DVD that is cracked and unusable we will replace it free of charge. At times the plastic case will become slightly damaged or cracked during shipping. If it has not damaged the DVD, we are not responsible for replacement of the case or the DVD. You must let us know by email or phone within 5 business days of when your order was delivered to the shipping address on the order if there is any damage to the product.

Stone Heaters
Should a heater be received that has been damaged during the shipping process, it will be replaced free of charge. Notify us with 5 business days of delivery and we will arrange for a new one to be sent to you. Heaters come with a 1-year warrantee that is issued by the manufacturer. If the heater is defective due to some manufacturing error upon arrival, TIR Massage Stone will pay to have your heater shipped to the manufacturer for repair. Just let us know within 5 business days of delivery of your order that your heater is defective and we will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label so that you can send it to the manufacturer. Please refer to the enclosed heater warrantee material that will go into further detail. We are not responsible for replacing a unit that has been exposed to normal wear and tear.

All Other Items
For any other item that is not cover by the above policies, you must let us know by email or phone within 5 business days of when your order was delivered to the shipping address on the order if there is any damage to the product. We will then make arrangements for a solution to review and replace the products if appropriate.
